Prices

At PetDream, all prices are in Danish kroner and are stated including VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent.

Payment

PetDream accepts payment with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL & Bancontact.. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. We do not charge any card fees.

Reservation of amount

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The money will be reserved on your card or account until:

1) We deduct the amount when we ship the item, or
2) the money is released according to the agreement with your card issuer.

Delivery

Your item will be delivered 2-3 business days after order confirmation, and shipped the following day.

We ship to all of Denmark. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering. We do not deliver abroad and do not deliver to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.

Your items are shipped as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your package as quickly as possible.

NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery location, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery location, which you will be notified of. If there are any problems, please contact customer service.

We deliver with PostNord, the price is 49 DKK.

Right of complaint

There is a 2-year warranty period according to the Danish Sales Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can have the product repaired, exchanged, your money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service.

You must make a complaint within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/fault - if you make a complaint within 2 months of the defect being discovered, it will always be timely. Bambos will cover return costs to a reasonable extent if the complaint is justified.

Cash on delivery shipments are not accepted.

The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your reasonable shipping costs in the event of a justified complaint.

Refund

If it is a refund, please include bank details in the form of account number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can provided by email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.

Right of withdrawal

There is a 30-day right of withdrawal on items purchased in our webshop.

The period is counted from that day;

- Where you receive the order.

- Receives physical possession of the last item when it concerns an agreement for several different items, ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several installments.

You must bear the return costs yourself.

Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 30 days after purchase and you must return the shipment no later than 30 days after cancellation. The notification can be given by email at info@bambos.dk or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions. In the message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation. If you wish to return the item to us, you must send the item to:

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without clearly notifying us of this.

Return

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 30 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You are required to bear the direct costs of returning the goods. When returning the goods, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packaged. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. The process will be faster if you also complete and enclose our Withdrawal Form.

You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery until we have received them back.

We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.

You have been promised an exchange right, you can choose other items in the store.

Condition of the item upon return

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the goods as if you were trying them on in a physical store.

If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt - of the return, and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.

To receive the full purchase amount back, you must try the product without actually using it.

We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a decrease in the value of the item.

Refund

If you regret your purchase, you will of course receive a refund of the amount you have paid to us.

In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase price.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest type of standard delivery that we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and at the latest 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Refund will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you have provided documentation of having returned it before then.

We record and disclose the personal information that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.

The personal data is registered with bambos, a sole proprietorship, and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.

We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information.

The data controller is Bambos ApS.

You have the right to be informed about what information we process about you.

If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This may be, for example, if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it. In order to file a complaint, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, however, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.
